1.Should I Get Aftermarket Auto Parts?

An aftermarket part is any bike part that does not come directly from the vehicle's maker, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). These bike parts are certainly less-expensive for your vehicle's repair and mechanical advancements.
Online retailers and independent, local shops generally (though not necessarily) offer a wide variety of aftermarket bike parts. These parts are made to function similarly as the OEM versions. Aftermarket automotive parts, however, have their own pros and cons.
Quality: Low prices often suggest a lack of quality.
Warranty: Aftermarket parts don't come with a warranty.
Price: These automobile parts can be less costly than manufacturer parts.

2. Where Can You Buy Aftermarket Auto Parts?

You can find aftermarket parts in a variety of places both online and physically in store. Like we said before, always make sure the part you’re interested in is compatible with your vehicle and won’t void any warranties if installed.

3. Can You Buy Used Auto Part For Your Bike?

While buyin use parts is an option, we at Toyota of Clermont don’t recommend it. Used parts are just that, used, and run the risk of breaking earlier than expected because you don’t know what the part has been through before it become yours. These parts will likely need repair or replacement and you’ll wind up sinking more money into the part than necessary.

4. What Should I Do With My Old Parts?

If you’ve recently replaced an auto part, there are several disposal options to choose from. You can try selling the part back to a parts dealer or shop, you can sell them for scrap metal, or recycle them if all else fails .
